In order to showcase the seven items in the AirBnB property I created a four page 10″x10″ fold out that will be provided to guests at check in. It highlights the little touches of the cabin to inspire the guest’s muse and create an atmosphere of creativity.

The cover features a photograph of the property with some welcome text. I’ve added drop shadows to all the photos.

The inside spread features a small floor plan with corresponding numbers to the print and marketing materials located inside the property. I have added a subtle typescript background to all the pages.

The back cover is simply a photograph of one of the many breathtaking views that the cabin offers along with two photos showing four of the marketing materials “in situ.”
